The room was attractive, spacious, and super clean with a ridiculously comfortable bed! The bathroom was neat and had a great shower, and they even provided towels and shampoo. Having a secure parking place for our car was a huge plus. Carlos and Maria, the owners, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They greeted us with a delicious glass of fresh juice and served up a fantastic cup of coffee in the morning. There's a fantastic pizzeria right across the street, and a grill restaurant just a couple of blocks away. The historic center is only a short 15-minute walk away. This place offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The landlord is super friendly and helpful. The rooms and sanitary rooms are jaw-droppingly clean and the beds are super comfortable. The location allows you to explore the city by foot and enjoy some delicious food nearby. The outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing and the pool table is a great way to have fun. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, even helping us when we were sick. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I found the surrounding area to be a bit noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the room, as there were a few stains on the sheets and towels.

The room had everything we needed, and we even got to play billiards with the owner and his friend. The outdoor terrace was also a nice touch. We stayed at Carlos and Maria's place for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were extremely personable and provided great recommendations for things to do in and around the city. The house was super clean and had a nice terrace and library area to relax. We enjoyed playing pool with the owner and his friend. Carlos and Maria were very friendly and helpful, and we had enjoyable conversations with them. We could also use the computer to back up our photos. a perfect stay!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
